Who We Are
Dr Kendall Crossen
Kendall is a Paediatrician at Tauranga Hospital who specialises in adolescent health. She began her journey in mindful medicine with the course Mindful Practice: Enhancing Quality of Care, Quality of Caring, and Resilience offered though the University of Rochester. She went on to do her teaching training course and completed a one year internship of teaching mindful practice. When not at work she can be found walking her beloved dog Mac at the beach
Dr Jeremy Rossaak
Jeremy is a full time General Surgeon at Tauranga Hospital who specialises in Upper Gastrointestinal and Pancreatic Surgery. He began his journey in mindful medicine with the course Mindful Practice: Enhancing Quality of Care, Quality of Caring, and Resilience offered though the University of Rochester. He went on to do his teaching training course and internship of teaching mindful practice. When not at work he can be found making bread or taking photographs.
Brigitte Eastwood
Brigitte Eastwood is a highly experienced cardiorespiratory physiotherapist from New Zealand who works with children, youth and adults in a variety of health and wellbeing settings. She works for Te Whatu Ora, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty. Brigitte has been awarded the honour of Life Member of Physiotherapy New Zealand, she is a member of the Cardiorespiratory Special Interest Group of Physiotherapy New Zealand and is a Bradcliff Practitioner.
